Skelp Level Road, which had been closed in East Caln Township since November 2024 for a bridge replacement project, was re-opened on Friday, September 5th, 2025.

The Skelp Level Road bridge replacement project is set to start Monday, 11/4/24 and will last approximately 10-12 months. During this project, traffic will be detoured around the closure through the neighborhoods along Southwind Lane (east point of detour at Boot Road) and Springhill Drive (west point of detour at Skelp Level Road). ALL motorists are reminded to obey the posted speed limits as most of the detour route runs through a residential neighborhood.
