On December 28, 2024 at 8:33 am, the Oxford Police were dispatched to the 100 Blk Whitehall Way for a well-being check of a male loitering in a hallway.  Officers arrived and made contact with the male, Bradley Arroyo, 23, of Nottingham, who was found to have an active arrest warrant from Lancaster County.  After being placed into custody, a search incident to arrest of Arroyo located multiple suspected narcotics and paraphernalia.  All suspected narcotics were sent to the PA State Police lab for analysis.

On March 22, 2025, lab results were received that confirmed that the suspected narcotics were indeed controlled substances.  Criminal charges were filed and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29, 2025 at the Oxford District Court.
