On September 4, 2022 at 2:33 am the Oxford Police were alerted to a burglary that had previously occurred at the Nottingham Elementary School, 736 Garfield Street.  An open door was located and the building was checked but no suspects were located.  After securing video footage from the school, it was determined that Dylon Corum, 18, of Nottingham had entered the building with 3 juveniles by forcing open an exterior door. While inside, Corum did remove multiple food items from the school kitchen before exiting.  

On September 22, 2022 an arrest warrant was issued for Corum by Oxford District Court.  Corum was taken into custody several hours later and was transported by Constables to Chester County Prison.  Appropriate charges have also been filed against the 3 juveniles involved in this incident.
