On August 28, 2022 at 6:53pm the Oxford Police were dispatched to the rear of the 300 Blk Market Street for a reported assault.  Responding Officers made contact with a male victim who sustained injuries after the actor, Rojer Garcia, 27, of Oxford, struck him with a large rock.  Earlier in the evening Officers had made contact with Garcia after a verbal argument with the victim. Officers had advised Garcia to have no further contact with the victim and trespassed him from the property.   After further investigation of the assault, Garcia was placed into custody, processed, and transported by Constables to Chester County Prison.
