On August 7, 2022 at 3:30am the Oxford Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 300 blk South Third Street for multiple vehicle code violations. After making contact with the operator, Margo Harrison, 46, of Halethorpe, MD, officers observed multiple signs of intoxication.  Harrison did submit to field sobriety tests which also showed signs of impairment.  Harrison was placed into custody for DUI, processed, and released.  Before retrieving her vehicle the following day, Harrison did consent to a search which produced illegal narcotics and paraphernalia.  A summons has been issued for the charges and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
