On June 16, 2022 at 10:54 pm the Oxford Police observed a vehicle on North Third Street that was in violation of the PA vehicle lighting requirements.  After following the vehicle the Officer observed the vehicle fail to maintain its lane and failed to stop at a stop sign.  A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the operator, Ryan Michael Hill, 19, of Avondale.  The Officer observed several signs of impairment and requested Hill to submit to a Field Sobriety Test which showed that signs of Intoxication were present.  Hill was placed into custody for DUI and several traffic offenses.
