On February 15, 2022 at 11:47 pm the OPD was dispatched to the Oxford Parking Garage, 3 Octoraro Alley, for a report of a hit and run accident. The actor, Raymond Tait, 32 of Oxford, backed into an occupied parked vehicle and left the scene. Witnesses at the scene were able to provide a vehicle description to Officers who were able to locate the vehicle at Tait's residence. Contact was made outside with Tait who showed signs of impairment. After further investigation Tait was placed into custody for DUI and several traffic offenses.
