UPDATE: 9-13-21 IDENTIFIED.     The OPD is looking for the public's assistance to identify a suspect wanted for criminal mischief in the parking garage, 3 Octoraro Alley which occurred Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 8:05 PM.
