A jury found Raymond Lafentice Reason, 55, of Oxford, PA, guilty of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, and other charges stemming from three separate drug transactions in 2018. The defendant faces up to 54 years in prison when he is sentenced at a later date.
On Nov. 20, 2018, the defendant sold four Percocet pills to a buyer on Market Street in Oxford. Nine days later, on Nov. 29, 2018, the defendant met a buyer in the same vicinity, this time selling 40 Tramadol pills for $40.
When the defendant was arrested on Dec. 17, 2018, he was found in possession of 30 Percocet pills, which he was attempting to sell.
Oxford Borough Police investigated with assistance from the Chester County Municipal Drug Task Force (MDTF). ADAs Michelle Thurstlic-O’Neill and Siobhan Harding were the prosecutors.
