👮‍♂️ Welcome Officer Jose Nava! 👋

OPD is proud to welcome Jose Nava as the newest full-time officer of the Oxford Borough Police Department! Jose was officially sworn in during Monday night’s Council Meeting on June 2, 2025, and we are thrilled to have him join our team.

A 2018 graduate of Oxford Area High School and a proud resident of Chester County, Jose brings a strong law enforcement background to our department. He completed the police academy in 2019, began his career with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office, and served with the West Chester University Police Department.

Jose has always had his heart set on serving his hometown. Over the years, he’s expressed a consistent desire to join the Oxford PD — and after gaining valuable experience elsewhere, we’re honored to now officially welcome him home.

His dedication to law enforcement and to the Oxford community is evident, and we look forward to supporting his continued growth as an officer.
