The Oxford Police are attempting to locate Raymundo Guzman, 41, of Hockessin, DE, who is wanted for a sexual assault of a child that was reported in 2016. Guzman committed several assaults on the victim while he was at a friends residence in the Borough. Multiple attempts have been made to locate Guzman since this incident has been reported.
