The SCCRPD will now provide vehicle ”lock-out” service, as a courtesy to our residents and visitors. Calls for this type of service will be prioritized if more serious incidents are pending. If we are not successful in a reasonable amount of time or if in the officer’s opinion, he/she cannot unlock your vehicle without causing damage, we will abort further attempts but will assist you in contacting a professional locksmith or tow service.
