May 25, 2025

Assault – Exchange Place
At 1:33 AM, officers responded to Exchange Place for a reported assault involving physical force. Following an investigation, 26-year-old Sergio Giovanni Perez-Diaz of West Grove, PA, was arrested. Two charges were filed.

Noise Complaint – Crossan Lane
At 2:22 AM, officers responded to the 8000 block of Crossan Lane for a noise disturbance. No further action was required.

Domestic Disturbance – First Street
At 7:51 AM, officers responded to the 200 block of First Street for a verbal domestic disturbance. An incident report was completed.

Theft of Services – East Evergreen Street
At 9:13 AM, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Evergreen Street for a theft of services involving unpaid taxi fare. The suspect entered a nearby apartment and refused to pay. An incident report was filed.

Assault – Wilkinson Drive
At 9:31 PM, officers were dispatched to the 30 block of Wilkinson Drive for a reported assault. John Hundley Slater, a 47-year-old male from Landenberg, PA, was arrested. Six charges were filed.

Suspicious Person – Pau Nel Drive
At 3:16 PM, officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of Pau Nel Drive. A complaint report was completed.

Suspicious Condition – Saint Georges Lane & Rosemont Drive
At 9:42 PM, officers responded to a suspicious condition near Saint Georges Lane and Rosemont Drive. No criminal activity was found. The incident was documented.

Noise Complaint – West Harmony
At 10:20 PM, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Harmony for a noise disturbance. A complaint report was filed.

Vehicle Accident – Gap Newport Pike & Firehouse Way
At 5:43 AM, officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at Gap Newport Pike and Firehouse Way. A reportable accident report was completed.

Suspicious Condition – Scarlett Road
At 1:29 PM, officers responded to the 300 block of Scarlett Road for a suspicious condition. No police action was required.

At 1:35 PM, a suspicious condition was reported at the 100 block of Crestview Drive. Officers responded and filed an incident report.

Assault – Church Street
At 10:03 PM, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Church Street for a reported assault. Adelfo Deleon-Mendez, a 23-year-old male from Toughkenamon, PA, was arrested. Five charges were filed.

Disturbance – Walnut Run Road
At 5:43 PM, officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Walnut Run Road. The matter was documented.

At 9:56 AM, officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of West Summit Avenue. A complaint report was filed.

Vehicle Accident – West Cypress Street
At 1:50 PM, officers responded to a reportable vehicle accident on West Cypress Street. A formal accident report is pending.

Suspicious Condition – Gap Newport Pike
At 5:32 PM, officers investigated a suspicious condition in the 8000 block of Gap Newport Pike. A complaint report was completed.
