New website offers direct access to crime and public safety-related information

Landenberg, PA – The Southern Chester Police Department and Police Chief Joseph Greenwalt are excited to announce the launch of CRIMEWATCH Labs. CRIMEWATCH Labs is an extension of CRIMEWATCH and the Police Department website. LABS integrates with the department records management system to deliver a powerful crime mapping and analytics system. Chief Greenwalt believes in providing as much information to the community as possible and is releasing the tool to the public effective today, 11/6/2023. It is important to note that some calls for service or incidents have been blocked from public view to respect the privacy of victims. 

This new system allows SCCRPD provide the following to the public with the click of a link:

• Analytical view of department reporting system data
• Location, Race, and Identity Metrics
• Interactive Crime Mapping System
• Deep analysis and sharing of incident data
• Downloadable Crimewatch App for your smartphone which allows you to receive alerts and notifications from the police department.
