Police captured wanted fugitive Manuel LORENZO, 42, on Saturday, April 25, 2020, entering a property on State Street.  LORENZO is wanted by the Kennett Township Police Department for Megan's Law violations and other criminal charges.  LORENZO had reportedly provided multiple agencies in Chester County with false identification earlier in the week, temporarily avoiding apprehension.  LORENZO identify himself as Jose Sanchez, providing both a fraudulent date of birth and social security number.  Prior to being fingerprinted to confirm his identity, LORENZO identified himself to avoid additional Parkesburg charges.  LORENZO was remanded to the Chester County Prison.
