BROWN has been charged with a criminal offense after police were contacted by the victim regarding the defendant passing a bad check in the amount of $3,500.00.

Charges:

Police stopped the defendant for operating a vehicle with an expired registration and found the vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock, which is a requirement for the defendant's driver's license to be valid. In addition, the defendant's license is currently suspended.
Police have charged GARVER with simple assault and related offenses after an incident in the 300 blk. of Main Street, September 22nd. There will be a preliminary hearing held on November 12, 2020, at 09:00 AM.
