The Borough of Parkesburg will be holding Trick-or-Treat tonight, Thursday, October 31, 2019, 6PM-8PM.  This is a rain or shine prescheduled event.  Parents are asked to talk with their little ghouls and goblins about pedestrian safety AND to remind them to only cross the street at intersections.  Police also suggest escorting parents to use flashlights and glow-stick type luminating products to better identify themselves and little trick-or-treaters in and around intersections.  Be safe and have an amazing Halloween!
