     A friendly reminder for all residents...  Don't fall victim to holiday porch pirates!  Please exercise caution when ordering on-line and be mindful of your deliveries.  Porch Pirates are criminals who steal items (packages, holiday gifts, etc.) left on front porches, driveways and other areas by package delivery services.  If you are scheduled to receive such items, please take advantage of "delivery tracking/alerts" offered by most delivery companies,...so you have an idea when the package is scheduled to arrive.  Scheduling your deliveries for dates and times, when you know someone will be home to receive them, can drastically limit your exposure to such thefts. 

     When purchasing items on-line, please make sure that you're dealing with a reputable company and not a counterfeit website set-up to defraud unsuspecting holiday shoppers.  Be a well-versed "on-line" shopper.  Have a safe and wonderful holiday!
