On Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Parkesburg Borough Council meeting, Mayor John P. Hagan II ceremoniously swore in newly hired part-time Detective Guy Bruchstein.  Detective Bruchstein has joined the ranks of our department after formally retiring from the Coatesville City Police Department after 23 years of service.

We welcome Detective Bruchstein to our department and we look forward to working with him as we continue to proudly serve the residents of Parkesburg Borough, Highland Township, & Atglen Borough.
