You can contact the Records Division at 610-436-1320. The Records Office is on the 1st floor of the Borough Municipal Building.
5.How can I file a citizen’s complaint?
Contact the West Chester Police Administration at 610-436-1323. Police Administration is located on the 1st floor of the Borough Municipal Building.
6.How can I find the status of my case?
Contact the officer handling your case at 610-696-2700.
7.How do I know what judge is handling my case?
The district information is on the top of the citation that was issued.
8.Can I get fingerprinted at the police station?
We can fingerprint residents of the Borough of West Chester and East Bradford Township at the station. You will need proof of residency and a fingerprint card.
9.Can I file a Police Report over the telephone?
No. You must come into the Police Station in person with the proper I.D. and speak to an officer to file a Police Report. However, we are a 24/7 Police Station so we are readily available to service the community.
