Reports now available 24/7
If you were involved in a crash in West Whiteland Township, you or your insurance company may request a copy of the crash report. The West Whiteland Township Police Department has partnered with Carfax to provide electronic copies of accident reports at Crashdocs.org. Citizens involved in accidents will be able to save time by obtaining reports online instead of calling the station or making a trip in-person.
In addition to the new accident report distribution platform, West Whiteland Township Police officers will now have access to a wide variety of Carfax traffic safety tools. These resources provide detailed vehicle history and incident data that can enhance traffic enforcement, identify high-risk vehicles or drivers, and support proactive policing efforts. This partnership will strengthen the department’s ability to reduce accidents, enforce traffic laws more effectively, and improve roadway safety for all residents.
Reports are usually available 7-15 days after the accident has been investigated. There is a $15 fee for all crash reports. If your report is still not available at that time, or you have additional questions; please reach out to Administrative Assistant Sara Rosazza at 610-363-0200 x 2112 or srosazza@westwhiteland.org.
