Missing Person:

Stephen “Fred” Spencer is missing from the ChesterField Development of Westtown Township

Fred is a 6-foot tall 70-year-old white male. Fred has dementia and does not know he lives in West Chester. Fred will say he wants to go back to Las Vegas and will have a Nevada ID card.

Last seen wearing gray jacket, dark colored collar shirt, blue jeans. Note he has unique white hair.

He was possibly walking southbound on 352 around 5:30 PM yesterday.
