Department of Emergency Services
Chester County Department of Emergency Services is located in the Chester County Government Services Center in West Goshen Township, and serves over 500,000 citizens in 73 municipalities. The 9-1-1 Communications Center handles over 300,000 calls a year. This is about 900 calls for assistance a day. The Department administers and provides for emergency services communications; hazardous materials spill response; disaster planning; fire, rescue and emergency medical services training; Fire Marshal investigations; the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act; and Public Education programs.
PennDOT Driver & Vehicle Services
This site serves as a virtual service center that enables customers to complete e-Government services, fill out and print forms, download fact sheets, find service locations, learn about special programs, and contact PennDOT with driver and vehicle related questions and suggestions.
PennDOT Person with Disability Placard/Plates
Special parking privileges are available for individuals with certain disabilities. Those whose disability is certified by a health care provider as having a permanent disability may be eligible for a Person with Disability Registration Plate or a permanent Person with Disability Parking Placard.
