During the Commission meeting, public comment will be handled as follows:

• The Teams public is asked to remain muted during the meeting when the Commission is talking.
• If you do not wish to be seen, your camera must be turned off via Zoom.
• All public participants will be given an opportunity to comment after the Commission members in the following order:
  • In-person public participants will be given the first opportunity to comment and ask questions on each agenda item that requires a Commission vote.
  • The Team public participants will be given the second opportunity to comment and ask questions on each agenda item that requires a Commission vote.
    • Team participants wishing to comment must raise their hand icon, state their name, and speak one at a time.
• There will also be an opportunity for public comment before the meeting is adjourned.
