The Kennett Square Police Department is requesting assistance with identifying the pictured individuals who were parked in front of Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen on December 7, 2019 at approximately 0236 hours. The driver appears to be a female wearing a red coat with a male passenger wearing dark clothing. They are seen coming from the direction of the entrance to Grain.

The vehicle struck a parking meter and fled the area last seen west bound on West State Street.
