 
10/19/25, at 12:42 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Lafayette Street for a noise disturbance of loud music. (KS-25-011997). The homeowners who appeared to be cleaning up after a gathering were contacted and requested to turn their music off due to the time.
10/19/25, at 2:20 AM, while on patrol on Center Street, Officers observed a male asleep in the front passenger seat of a vehicle. (KS-25-012000). Upon contacting the individual, Officers observed a broken beer bottle outside of the vehicle and observed indicators suggesting intoxication. Non-Traffic Citations for public drunkenness, littering, and open containers were issued.
10/19/25, at 4:35 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Lafayette Street for a found bicycle. (KS-25-012014). The bike is being housed in our large evidence bay.
10/19/25, at 9:33 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of E. South Street for a noise complaint. (KS-25-012020). Upon arrival, a get-together was observed in the rear of the residence, and the homeowner was advised to lower their music.
10/20/25, at 12:47 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Meredith Street for a lost small, black dog with no collar. (KS-25-012024). Officers were notified around 5:00 AM that the dog had returned home.
10/20/25, at 9:15 AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a subject placing pamphlets on vehicles in the 200 Block of Meredith the day prior. (KS-25-012037). Still shots of the individual were forwarded to police for further investigation.
10/20/25, at 1:08 PM, Officers were dispatched to a lost wallet in the 800 Block of Wayne Avenue. (KS-25-012042). The area was checked, with no sign of the missing wallet.
10/20/25, at 7:08 PM, Officers were requested to assist the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department in the 300 Block of Scarlett Road with a deceased subject inside a vehicle. (KS-25-012064).
10/21/25, at 7:58 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of Ridge Avenue for a verbal domestic disturbance. (KS-25-012067). Upon arrival, only one subject was observed on scene, and no domestic disturbance occurred.
10/21/25, at 5:18 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for a report of a disturbance between two females. (KS-25-012083). Upon further investigation, it was determined that the disturbance was between mother and daughter, and no physical contact occurred.
10/22/205, at 1:00 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for a harassment report. (KS-25-012147). This incident is pending further investigation.
10/22/25, at 7:52 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of E. Linden Street for a parking complaint regarding a vehicle occupying two spaces in front of a residence. (KS-25-012126). Upon arrival, no lined spaces were observed in the area; therefore, no violations were observed.
10/22/25, at 8:11 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of S. Union Street for a fight between 10 subjects. (KS-25-012124). Upon arrival, there appeared to be no issue. The subjects contacted advised they were filming a video and were “play-fighting/boxing”. All appeared okay.
10/23/25, at 8:04 PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of harassment by communications. (KS-25-012161). Upon further investigation, it appeared that nothing criminal had occurred.
10/24/25, at 7:48 AM, Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Union Street and E. South Street for a traffic complaint involving a tractor-trailer needing assistance making a turn. (KS-25-012178). Upon arrival, the operator was attempting an illegal right-hand turn, and Officers advised that they needed to continue straight rather than attempt the turn.
10/24/25, at 8:46 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Race Street for a theft from vehicle report. (KS-25-012180). This incident is pending further investigation.
10/24/25, at 1:23 PM, Officers were dispatched to a business in the 100 Block of S. Union Street for an alarm. (KS-25-012190). Upon arrival, the front door to the business was observed open, and an audible alarm was heard. A search of the building was completed with no one located inside.
10/24/25, at 7:44 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of E. State Street for a report of an assault involving juvenile male subjects. (KS-25-012204). This incident is pending further investigation.
10/24/25, at 9:56 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of E. South Street for a missing vehicle. (KS-25-012205). Local tow companies were checked with negative results for having the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as stolen.
10/25/25, at 8:40 PM, Officers observed a motorcycle parked on the sidewalk in the business district without a tag displayed. (KS-25-012228). One parking ticket was issued.
10/25/25, at 9:14 PM, Officers were dispatched to assist Lincoln University Police for a report of shots fired with multiple victims in the 1500 Block of Baltimore Pike. (KS-25-012231). Upon arrival, Officers assisted with crowd control and clearing the area for medical personnel to transport victims.
10/21/25, at 7:32 PM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Willow Street. (KS-25-012088).
10/22/25, at 6:36 PM, a vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of N. Union Street and W. State Street. (KS-25-012119).
10/24/256, at 11:09 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Union Street. (KS-25-012184).
35 Traffic Citations and 37 Written Warnings were issued.
