2/6/23 at 10:19AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of E. Linden Street. In reference to an assault that took place on 2/5/23 in the Parking Garage. (KS-23-001516). Charges were filed in DC 15-3-04.
2/6/23 at 6:40PM, Officers were dispatched for an animal complaint in reference to assistance in catching a dog the reporting party was watching. (KS-23-001532). The reporting party was able to catch the dog themselves.
2/6/23 at 10:54AM, Officers were dispatched for a burglary in the 200 Block of S. Garfield Street. (KS-23-001521). The reporting party observed two subjects attempting to get into the residence on the surveillance cameras. Officers made contact with the subjects who were the executor of the estate and their attorney.
2/7/23 at 2:14PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to harassment. (KS-23-001562). Officers made contact with ex of the reporting party and advised not to have any contact in the future or harassment charges would be filed.
2/7/23 at 5:00AM, two KSPD Officers conducted a warrant service with the Chester County Regional Emergency Response Team in the 300 Block of Kennett Pike, Chadds Ford, PA. (KS-23-001573).
2/7/23 at 4:55PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a jacket being stolen from a business in the 100 Block of Race Street, with in the last hour. (KS-23-00157). Investigation pending surveillance footage.
2/8/23 at 8:26AM, Officers observed a disabled vehicle in the 500 Block of E. Cypress Street, while on patrol. (KS-23-001589). Using a jump pack, the Officer was able to get the vehicle stated again and relocated to a parking lot in the area to wat for a tow from AAA.
2/8/23at 2:16PM, Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint involving a work truck parked illegally in the no parking zone in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-23-001602). One parking ticket was issued for this vehicle.
2/8/23 at 4:06PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of D. Street in reference to a suspicious female. (KS-23-001608). The reporting party was advised to contact KSPD in the future if solicitors are observed since they have to first acquire a permit from the Borough. Officers checked the surrounding areas for people soliciting which rendered negative results.
2/9/23 at 2:52PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of damage to a vehicle in the 600 Block of S. Broad Street. (KS-23-001644). Upon inspection, it did appear as though the rear window had been struck by something causing the entire window to spider web. No cameras were found to be present in the area for observation.
2/9/23 at 11:18AM, Officers observed a previously abandoned vehicle in the 100 Block of Scarlett Avenue. (KS-23-001632). Upon investigation, it was found the vehicle’s registration and inspection were still expired. Subsequently, the vehicle was again marked as abandoned.
2/10/23 at 2:30PM, Officers observed an orange, motorized bike traveling the wrong way on E., State Street on the southern shoulder of the roadway with an estimated speed of 20-30mph. (KS-23-001684). Upon activation of emergency lights, the driver took off on the motorized bike. At approximately 3:45PM, Officers were notified the suspected driver was involved in an accident inn New Garden Township. Citations were filed at DC 15-3-04 for traffic offenses.
2/11/23 at 12:14AM, Officers were requested to assist Kennett Township Police Officers for a fight involving four, male subjects in the 100 Block of New Granite Way. (KS-23-001704). KSPD Officers cleared and returned to the Borough once their assistance was no longer needed.

2/8/23 at 9:50PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on W. Cypress Street. (KS-23-001614).
2/9/23 at 12:43PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on E. State Street. (KS-23-001637).
2/9/23 at 2:54PM, Officers were dispatched to a Non-Reportable accident in the 500 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-23-001642).
