3/13/23 at 12:00PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a juvenile issue which occurred the prior day, 3/12/23 at approximately 6:55PM, in the 100 Block of West State Street. (KS-23-002848). Photos were provided of the four juveniles and are pending review for identification purposes.

3/13/23 at 12:46PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-23-002866). The vehicle was issued a parking ticket for parking on private property.

3/13/23 at 7:11PM, Officers received an anonymous tip through Crimewatch regarding a male in the area of Knight Alley and School House Alley who had been playing music loudly from his vehicle all day. (KS-23-002879). Contact was made with the subject and he was advised to be more mindful of the neighbors.

3/14/23 at 12:21PM, Officers received a phone report in reference to a fraudulent Small Business Administration COVID-19 Economy Injury Disaster Loan. (KS-23-002920). This incident will be carried as an assist police due to the federal investigation by SBA OIG unless further information is received to dictate otherwise.

3/14/23 at 4:50PM, Officers were advised of a broken cover for a fire extinguisher bod inside the parking garage, located at 100 E. Linden Street. (KS-23-002913). The cover was on the ground, shattered, possibly due to windy conditions. The extinguisher was checked and found to be untouched.

3/14/23 at 9:01PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition in the 100 Block of S. Mill Road. (KS-23-002916). Employees were nervous to go to their vehicles, due to a suspicious car being in the parking lot for approximately a half hour. Officers made contact with the vehicle operator and nothing appear to be suspicious at this time.

3/15/23 at 2:36AM, while conducting a stationary patrol at the intersection of E. State Street and N. Union Street, Officers observed a vehicle being operated without the use of head lamps. (KS-23-002922). Subsequently, a traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle and the operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

3/16/23 at 4:13PM, Officers received a report of a sign that was struck by a vehicle and was on the sidewalk in the 300 Block of N. Union Street. (KS-23-002977). On 3/17/23, at 4:20PM, the operator of the vehicle who hit the sign called in to make an accident report.

3/16/23 at 5:44PM, Officers were dispatched for an animal complaint in the 100 Block of N. Willow Street. (KS-23-002980). The owners of the dog were advised their dog must be kept on a leash or in a fenced in yard at all times when inside the Borough.

3/16/23 at 10:12AM, Officers were dispatched for two nicotine type vaporizers which were confiscated. (KS-23-002969). One Non-Traffic Citation was issued.

3/17/23 at 11:19AM, Officers were dispatched to assist Delaware State Police with a warrant service in the 700 Block of S. Washington Street. (KS-23-003006). The warrant was confirmed through NCIC and the subject was taken into custody without incident and transported to Chester County Prison.

3/17/23 at 9:15PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Broad Street and E. Mulberry Street to assist Pennsylvania State Police at a traffic stop where the driver fled the scene on foot. (KS-23-003023).

3/18/23 at 7:57PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a domestic that was not currently in progress. (KS-23-003058). Pending review of possible ring camera footage.

3/18/23 at 9:57PM, Officers were dispatched for a burglary in process in the 600 Block of E. Cope Road. (KS-23-003059). The apartment was cleared. There was nothing that appeared out of the ordinary.

3/18/23 at 1:46PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of S. Union Street for a suspicious condition, involving vehicles parked in the car wash bays. (KS-23-003045). Contact was made with the individuals in the area who were advised the owner of the property did not want them to be hanging out in the wash bays and vacuum area.

3/16/2023 at 5:41PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on N. Union Street. (KS-23-002977).

3/18/23 at 4:52PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on E. Cypress Street. (KS-23-003051).
