3/19/23 at 12:00PM, while on routine patrol on Center Street, a traffic stop was conducted on a maroon Honda, due to the vehicle having an expired registration. (KS-23-0003076). The operator of the vehicle was unable to provide insurance documentation for the vehicle and stated they didn’t have insurance. Subsequently, the vehicle was towed.
3/20/23 at 3:40PM, Officers received a Childline report, involving a juvenile. (KS-23-003229). Pending investigation.
3/20/23 at 11:45PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint, coming from a vehicle in the 400 Block of S. Walnut Street. (KS-23-003133). Police did check the area, but did not locate any vehicle or loud music in the area.
3/20/23 at 11:15AM, a license plate, found in the area of Cypress Street and Center Street was turned in at KSPD. (KS-23-003124). Officers were able to return the license plate to the owner, in the 500 Block of Las Rosas Drive.
3/21/23 at 1:31AM, Officers were dispatched for a disturbance at a store in the 500 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-23-003135). The subject left prior to Officers arriving, however, they were able to make contact in the 100 Block of W. Cypress Street and had a parent pick them up.
3/21/23 at 3:59PM, Officers were dispatched regarding a juvenile-related incident on a school bus. (KS-23-003155). Officers were advised the juvenile exited the vehicle prior to arriving at his residence. The juvenile was located by Officers at 7:03PM and subsequently returned to their parent.
3/21/23 at 7:03PM, Officers overheard two individuals arguing in the 100 Block of N. Broad Street. (KS-23-003161). There was a juvenile who had been throwing rocks against the wall of a residence, who was later identified as the previously mentioned juvenile in KS-23-003155.
3/21/23 at 3:22PM, while out on routine patrol, Officers observed to male subjects on private property in the 400 Block of W. Mulberry Street. (KS-23-003156). When ran through NCIC, a warrant was seen observed for one of the males. He was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison.
3/22/23 at 1042AM, while on patrol, Officers observed a vehicle fail to stop at a clearly posted Stop sign at the intersection of E. Cope Road and S. Walnut Street. (KS-23-003182). A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the operator advised their license was suspended due to DUI. The operator has an ignition interlock license restrict, which was not installed in the vehicle. A Criminal Complaint was issued.
3/22/23 at 11:23PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition, regarding screaming outside the residence, in the 400 Block of S. Broad Street. (KS-23-003916). The homeowner advised they also heard the screaming, and it was coming from a cat outside.
3/23/23 at 10:30AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a vehicle repossession in the 500 Block of Havel Avenue. (KS-23-003213). The vehicle was hooked and taken away without incident.
3/23/23 at 3:34PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a physical domestic in the area of S. Union Street E. Cedar Street. (KS-23-003232). Officers canvased the area heavily searching for the subjects, which rendered negative results.
3/23/23 at 4:15AM, Officers were dispatched for a disturbance in the 500 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-23-003205). Officers were advised an individual was attempting to sell items to customers and they no longer wanted them on the property.
3/23/23 at 9:04PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a noise complaint in the 500 Block of Las Rosas Drive. (KS-23-003239). Upon making contact with the homeowner, they advised the music would be lowered.
3/23/23 at 4:32PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of three dogs barking loudly in the 400 Block of Center Street. (KS-23-003233). Upon arrival, no dogs were heard barking, however, three dogs were seen in the yard of a residence and contact was made with the homeowner.
3/24/23 at 4:12PM, while on patrol, Officers observed a black Honda fail to stop for a red traffic light, in the area of S. Union Street and Cypress Stree.t (KS-23-003274). A traffic stop was initiated and the driver advised they did not have insurance for the vehicle. Subsequently, the vehicle was towed.
3/25/23 at 5:00AM, KSPD Officers were present for an ERT activation for a search and arrest warrant in the 300 Block of Kennett Pike, in Kennett Township. (KS-23-003303). The arrest warrant for this service was out of Philadelphia Police Department for homicide. The subject was taken into custody without incident.
3/25/23 at 10:47PM, Officers were requested by Kennett Township Police Department to assist with a suspicious condition in the 200 Block of E. Hillendale Road. (KS-23-003288). The reporting party possibly heard someone knocking at the door and saw the motion sensor lights outside turn on. Officers assisted in checking the surrounding area for any suspicious conditions or people and cleared without incident.
3/21/23 at 4:36PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on S. Union Street. (KS-23-003157).

3/24/23 at 11:11PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on S. Union Street. (KS-23-003281).
