9/7/25, at 7:29 PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a white SUV that had stopped next to the reporting party on the ramp of Route 1 and proceeded to follow them. (KS-25-009655). Due to the location of the incident, the report was turned over to PSP Avondale.

9/7/25, at 8:45 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Race Street for a domestic disturbance. (KS-25-009659). Upon further investigation, Non-Traffic Citations were issued for harassment and trespassing offenses.

9/8/25, at 7:50 AM, Officers received a report of damage to a vehicle. (KS-25-009671). Two significant scratch marks consistent with the type of damage one observes when a vehicle is “keyed” were observed. This incident is pending further investigation.

9/8/25, at 5:27 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of Meredith Street for a report of a missing juvenile male. (KS-25-009684). Officers were advised that the juvenile had taken all their things from the residence and did not tell anyone where they were going. This incident is pending further investigation.

9/9/25, at 3:43 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of W. State Street for a domestic disturbance between a male and female subject. (KS-25-009702). The subjects involved were contacted and advised that they had gotten into a verbal argument after drinking. A friend was able to pick up the female subject to separate the two.

9/10/25, at 1:30 PM, Officer Andress assisted the Chester County Regional Response Team with a warrant service in Coatesville, PA. (KS-25-009919). A cursory search of the residence was completed without issue.

9/10/25, at 2:19 PM, Officers received a report regarding bank fraud. (KS-25-009743). Upon further investigation, it appeared that the reporting party had used their bank card at a location that showed a different name when the charges were debited from the account. Nothing criminal was observed at this time.

9/11/25, at 1:24 AM, Officers marked a vehicle with expired registration, emissions, and inspections abandoned in the 500 Block of Hazel Avenue. (KS-25-009760).

9/11/25, at 2:36 AM, Officers marked a vehicle with expired registration, emissions, and inspection abandoned in the 400 Block of W. Mulberry Street. (KS-25-009763).

9/11/25, at 4:28 PM, Officers were notified by the Kennett Township Police Department of a highly intoxicated male subject walking down N. Mill Road. (KS-25-009788). KTPD located the subject and took him to his residence.

9/11/25, at 11:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Center Street for a domestic disturbance involving a male and female subject. (KS-25-009803). Upon further investigation, it was determined that the incident was only verbal and never became physical. Two Non-Traffic Citations were issued for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.

9/12/25, at 8:09 PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of S. Union Street for a vehicle being blocked in by another vehicle. (KS-25-009826). A parking ticket was issued to the vehicle, and it was later moved out of the way.

9/12/25, at 8:30 PM, a traffic detail was conducted in the area of W. South Street and Lafayette Street. (KS-25-009828). During this time, no loud vehicles or traffic violations were observed.

9/12/25, at 9:29 PM, Officers were dispatched for a loud band playing in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-25-009833). Upon arrival, the area was checked, and the music was found to be at an acceptable level. The reporting party was notified.

9/13/25, at 8:39 PM, a traffic detail was conducted in the area of W. South Street and Lafayette Street. (KS-25-009869). During this time, no loud vehicles or traffic violations were observed.
