11/6/22 at 4:43PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 200 Block of Dalmatian Lane. (KS-22-006048). The vehicle was issued a parking ticket for not having a parking permit displayed.

11/7/22 at 5:19PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition involving a male and female subject in the area of W. State Street and Lafayette Street. (KS-22-006073). Officers conducted mobile patrol of the area and did not observe anyone matching the descriptions given.

11/8/22 at 4:17PM, Officers were dispatched for a juvenile complaint of three Hispanic females who took a street sign from the Parking Garage. (KS-22-006091). Contact was made with the juveniles who stated the sign was already off the wall and they were only taking pictures with it. No criminal mischief or missing items were observed in the Parking Garage.

11/8/22 at 5:15AM, Officers were at an accident at the intersection of Union Street and State Street when they observed a parked car with the back window broken. (KS-22-006082). Upon arriving to the victim’s residence, a broken beer bottle was observed in the driveway. Multiple other reports were made over the day of criminal mischief in the area of W. Linden Street and N. Union Street.

11/8/22 at 6:01PM, Officers observed two juveniles on the top floor of the Parking Garage while exiting the Police Department. (KS-22-006095). Contact was made with the juveniles who were advised there is no loitering in the Parking Garage.

11/9/22 at 3:40PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to fraud, involving two cellphones being added to someone’s internet provider plan without knowledge. (KS-22-006116). No other accounts appeared to be compromised.

11/9/22 at 7:59AM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the residential parking permit area on Ridge Avenue. (KS-22-006104). Officers observed the vehicle parked without a parking permit. One parking ticket was issued.

11/9/22 at 2:23PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to a spam email from Geek Squad with an attached receipt for $350. (KS-22-006113). The victim confirmed they are not out any money and all of their accounts appears to be okay.

11/10/22, Officers received multiple phone calls from a subject in reference to three individuals looking for him in the 100 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-006135). The area was checked eight different times, one for each report received, with negative results. Upon contact with the reporting party, he was taken into custody on active warrants and transported to Chester County Prison.

11/10/22 at 6:34AM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition in the 100 Block of S. Union Street for several subjects in the hallway of the building. (KS-22-006123). Officers checked the surrounding area with negative results.

11/11/22 at 1:47PM, Officers were dispatched for a possible burglary discovered in the 400 Block of S. Broad Street due to muddy footprints being inside an apartment. (KS-22-006147). Nothing in the apartment appeared disturbed as if someone would have gained entry from a window. Officers cleared the scene.

11/12/22 at 6:66PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a missing suitcase in the 600 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-22-006171). The reporting person advised their suitcase may have fallen out of the car in the parking lot in this area. No suitcase was observed.
