5/8/22 at 8:25PM, Officers observed a large tree blocking the railroad tracks between S. Broad Street and S. Union Street. (KS-22-002520). East Penn Railroad Maintenance Dept. was notified.

5/8/22 at 7:51PM, Officers were dispatched to the Parking Garage for a fire alarm. (KS-22-002518). Once on location, Officers observed 10-20 broken yellow paint balls on the walls and stairs. Pending investigation.

5/9/22 at 5:23PM, Officers were dispatched for a domestic in the 500 Block of Hazel Avenue. (KS-22-002545).

5/9/22 at 9:35AM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 200 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-002532). One parking ticket was issued.

5/10/22 at 6:30PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of E. South Street and S. Walnut Street for a vehicle fire. (KS-22-002574).

5/10/22 at 8:59AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of graffiti on the fence of the dog park and on the book stand in Anson B. Nixon Park. (KS-22-002569).

5/11/22 at 1:18PM, Officers were dispatched for a report at station in reference to identity theft. (KS-22-002590).

5/11/22 at 3:46PM, Officers observed a group of five juvenile males trespassing on the NVF property located in the 400 Block of W. Mulberry Street. (KS-22-002593). All were advised they had to leave and were not permitted to be on the private property.

5/12/22 at 10:00AM, Officers were dispatched for a loud alarm coming from a vehicle parked in the area of E. Mulberry Street and S. Union Street. (KS-22-002608). Officers were able to make contact with the vehicle owner.

5/12/22 at 11:26PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition in the 500 Block of W. South Street. (KS-22-002624). Officers arrived in the area and did not observe the described individuals.

5/13/22 at 4:56PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a vehicle striking a street sign in the center island located in the 600 Block W. Cypress Street. (KS-22-002643). Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle who was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

5/13/22 at 2:17PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint of a loud party that had been going on all day. (KS-22-002640). Officers observed several residents outside and did not observe any unreasonably loud noise or music.

5/13/22 at 8:32PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a scam in reference to a company advising of a deal on an iPhone 11. (KS-22-002645).

5/13/22 at 1:26PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a disturbance in the area of N. Broad Street and E. Linden Street involving a dog being attacked by a dog that was not on a leash. (KS-22-002637). One Non-Traffic Citation was issued due to the Borough Ordinance in Kennett Square.

5/14/22 at 3:00PM, while on patrol in the Parking Garage, Officers observed a fire extinguisher in the middle of the top level. (KS-22-002656). After further investigation, all four fire extinguishers on the top floor had been discharged. Pending surveillance review.

5/14/22 at 11:23PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of S. Mill Road for a report of a verbal domestic disturbance. (KS-22-002663). The subjects were advised to stay at different locations for the evening.

5/14/22 at 12:25AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a noise complaint in the 500 Block of Las Rosa Drive. (KS-22-002646). The group was notified of the Borough Noise Ordinance and asked to keep it quiet for the remainder of the evening.

5/14/22 at 7:12PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding in the 500 Block of E. State Street. (KS-22-002661). Subsequently, the traffic stopped resulted in two Non-Traffic Citations being issued for the operator and the passenger was taken into custody pending charges.
