Police Blotter

6/13/21 at 12:35PM, Officers placed an abandoned vehicle sticker on a vehicle in the 100 Block of West State Street. (KS-21-004821). The vehicle had multiple parking tickets on the windshield, a flat rear tire and was sticking out into the lane of travel.

6/13/21 at 6:41PM, Officers were dispatched for a dog bite in the 300 Block of Meredith Street. (KS-21-004829).

6/13/21 at 9:17PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint of fireworks in the 700 Meredith Street (KS-21-004828). Patrol of the area was conducted resulting in no sign of fireworks being set off in the area.

6/13/21 at 1:30AM, Officers were flagged down during patrol for a report of a rape. (KS-21-004819). Incident is under investigation.

6/13/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks in the areas of Stenning Hills, E. Chestnut St., S. Walnut St., Hessian Cir., W. Mulberry St and the Apartment complexes. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-004831).

6/14/21 Officers checked the following areas for parking violations, per the requests of concerned citizens of the Borough, W. Mulberry St., Magnolia St., S. Broad St. and Stenning Hills. (KS-21-004862 & KS-21-004854). One violation was observed.

6/14/21 at 11:00AM, Officers were dispatched for a physical disturbance in the 500 Block of Center Street. (KS-21-004837). One subject was taken into custody.

6/14/21 at 11:42AM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint in the 500 Block of Ridge Avenue. (KS-21-004844). Officers made contact with the homeowner and the music was turned down.

6/14/21 at 9:01PM, Officers were requested by Kennett Township Police Department for assistance in reference to a physical domestic in the 200 Block of Kennett Pike. (KS-21-004861).

6/14/21 from 7:00PM to 7:00AM parking enforcement was conducted in all areas of concern. (KS-21-004864). No violations were observed.

6/14/21 at 1:16PM a report was made regarding a barking dog complaint. (KS-21-004842). The reporting party was advised it has become a civil matter and it should be handled in court.

6/15/21 at 8:11PM, Officers were dispatched for keys locked inside a vehicle at the Parking Garage. (KS-21-004883). Vehicle keys were able to be retrieved without damage.

6/15/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM, two Officers conducted continuous rotating patrols in Stenning Hills and a marked police vehicle was parked at the entrance of the Kennett High School top parking lot on South Union Street. (KS-21-004891).

6/15/21 between 6:00PM and 6:00AM, Officers conducted parking enforcement. (KS-21-004896). Two parking tickets were issued.

6/15/21 at 5:28PM, Officers were dispatched for a verbal domestic between parent and daughter in the 200 Block of Meredith Street. (KS-21-004879). No signs of physical domestic were present.

6/16/21 parking enforcement was conducted throughout the Borough. (KS-21-004901). No violations were observed.

6/16/21 at 3:34 Officers were dispatched for a report regarding a verbal argument in the 300 Block of Meredith Street. (KS-21-004905).

6/16/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks in the areas of Stenning Hills, E. Chestnut St., S. Walnut St., Hessian Cir., W. Mulberry St and the Apartment complexes. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-004910).

6/16/21 at 3:07PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to a suspicious condition in the 100 Block of Magnolia Street. (KS-21-004903). Damage to a storm door window had occurred when no one was home.

6/16/21 at 10:07PM, Officers were dispatched for an animal complaint in the 700 Block of Hornblende Avenue. (KS-21-004909).

6/17/21 from 7:00AM to 7:00PM parking enforcement was conducted in all areas of concern. (KS-21-004921). No violations were observed.

6/17/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM, Officers conducted continuous rotating patrols in Stenning Hills and a marked police vehicle was parked at the entrance of the Kennett High School top parking lot on South Union Street. (KS-21-004935).

6/18/21 between the hours of 7:00PM and 7:00AM parking enforcement was enforced. (KS-21-004965). One parking ticket was issued.

6/18/21 at 6:51PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a noise complaint in reference to a loud motorcycle in the area of S. Broad Street and Mulberry Street. (KS-21-004959).

6/18/21 at 1:36PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a possible hit and run property damage accident involving a Black Jeep SUV. (KS-21-004949).

6/18/21 AT 3:29PM, Officers were dispatched for phone assignment in reference to a custody agreement. (KS-21-004951). Officers advised this was a civil matter.

6/18/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM, Officers conducted continuous rotating patrols in Stenning Hills and a marked police vehicle was parked at the entrance of the Kennett High School top parking lot on South Union Street. (KS-21-004981).

6/18/21 at 12:30 a report was made regarding an unauthorized charge on a bank account. (KS-21-004941).

6/18/21 at 3:02PM, Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint in the 100 Block of West State Street. (KS-21-004947). Four vehicles were parked in the private parking area and issued parking tickets.

6/19/21 at 2:00AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of loud music at the Regal Car Wash located in the 500 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-21-004967). Upon arrival, no loud music was heard in the area.

6/19/21 at 6:41AM, Officers were requested to assist KTPD with attempting to locate a suicidal subject in the 100 Block of E. Hillendale Road. (KS-21-004973). Subject was located.

6/19/21 at 8:59PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a found debit card in the area of the ATM Santander Bank. (KS-21-004984). The owner of the debit card was located.

6/19/21 at 9:30PM, Officers were dispatched for an escort of a tractor trailer from the 200 block of S. Union Street, northbound out of the Borough. (KS-21-004985).

6/19/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks in the areas of Stenning Hills, E. Chestnut St., S. Walnut St., Hessian Cir., W. Mulberry St and the Apartment complexes. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-004988).

6/19/21 parking enforcement was conducted in the above mentions areas, throughout the Kennett Square Borough. (KS-21-004995). No parking ticket were issued.

6/19/21 at 12:34PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of West State Street. (KS-21-004972). One parking ticket was issued for parking in a privately owned lot.

6/18/21 at 9:24AM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on South Broad Street. (KS-21-004943).

6/18/21 at 9:11PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on East State Street. (KS-21-004944).

6/18/21 at 10:46PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on Center Street. (KS-21-004968).

6/19/21 at 12:48AM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on South Washington Street. (KS-21-004979).

32 Traffic Citations and 30 Written Warnings were issued.

14 Patrol Checks conducted at Kennett High School.

8 Patrol Checks conducted at the YMCA.

1 Patrol Checks conducted at Liberty Place.
