7/18/21 at 7:27PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a fire alarm in the 100 Block South Union Street. (KS-21-005622). Officers evacuated residents and assisted Kennett Fire Company and neighboring Departments on scene.

7/18/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks in the area of Stenning Hills. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-005623).

7/18/21 between 7:00PM and 7:00AM parking enforcement was conduct throughout the Borough. (KS-21-005627). One parking ticket was issued.

7/18/21 at 10:03PM, Officers assisted Kennett Township Police Department with a visibly intoxicated person in the 600 Block of West Cypress Street. (KS-21-005616).

7/18/21 at 3:55PM, during a routine patrol check, Officers observed five juveniles on the top level of the parking garage. (KS-21-005617). Juveniles left the parking garage area without incident.

7/18/21 at 8:14PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint of loud music in the area of Meredith Street and Scarlett Avenue. (KS-21-005621). Music was lowered by home owner without incident.

7/19/21 at 2:10AM, Officers assisted Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with translation involving a DUI investigation. (KS-21-005629).

7/19/21 at 1:52PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to an identity theft in the 400 Block of Center Street. (KS-21-005638).

7/19/21 at 3:19PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to a report of a scam attempt through Facebook. (KS-21-005639).

7/19/21 at 11:48PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a scam attempt. (KS-21-005645). The reporting party had received multiple phone calls from a company trying to give out free child safety kits.

7/19/21 at 10:18AM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment of a scam attempt in the 300 Block of North Broad Street. (KS-21-005633). The reporting party received a letter from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor stating they would receive a check in the mail for qualifying for the Cares Act, which they did not apply for.

7/19/21 at 1:23PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a burglary discovered in the 200 Block of South Mill Road. (KS-21-005637). Incident pending investigation.

7/19/21 at 7:52PM, Officers were dispatched for a tractor trailer stuck in the area of North Union Street and West State Street. (KS-21-005641).

7/20/21 at 11:40AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a domestic in the 500 Block of Las Rosas Drive. (KS-21-005660). Both parties agreed to go their separate ways without incident.

7/20/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks throughout the Borough. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-005669).

7/20/21 at 6:19PM, Officers were dispatched for a report involving a possible scam attempt over the phone. (KS-21-005665). The reporting party received a phone call to spend $900 on a phone, but refused to give the individual on the phone any personal information.

7/21/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks throughout Borough neighborhoods. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-005689).

7/21/21 at 10:33PM, Officers were dispatched for keys locked in a vehicle in the 500 Block of Center Street. (KS-21-005692). Entry was made into the vehicle without incident.

7/21/21 at 10:09AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a phone scam involving a fraudulent Apple Support number. (KS-21-005679). The reporting party was advised to download an application called “Any Desk” which allowed the subject to view their bank account and withdraw money.

7/21/21 Officers were made aware of graffiti in the Parking Garage. (KS-21-005680). New “No Loitering” signs have been posted throughout the Parking Garage and extra patrol checks of the area will continue to be conducted.

7/21/21 at 1:14PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to a tractor trailer being stuck in the area of South Union Street and East State Street. (KS-21-005682).

7/21/21 at 5:18PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of West Maple Alley. (KS-21-005684).

7/22/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks throughout Borough neighborhoods. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-005710).

7/22/21 at 8:56PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a domestic in the 300 Block of South Union Street. (KS-21-005707). No signs of physical domestic were observed.

7/23/21 at 9:18PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of East Linden Street for juveniles running in the street and setting off fire crackers. (KS-21-005730). Upon arrival, Officers observed several juveniles fleeing the area, but contact was unable to be made.

7/23/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks throughout Borough neighborhoods. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-005732).

7/23/21 at 4:13PM, Officers were dispatched for a report involving a business possibly scamming customers located in the 100 Block of East State Street. (KS-21-005721). Incident pending investigation.

7/23/21 at 4:49PM, Officers were dispatched for a domestic in the 500 Block of Magnolia Street. (KS-21-00572). Officers made contact with both parties involved who were advised to go their separate ways for the evening.

7/23/21 at 12:29PM while conducting patrol, Officers observed a large amount of graffiti under the South Union Street Bridge along the railroad tracks. (KS-21-005718). Extra patrol details will be conducted after the graffiti has been covered.

7/24/21 at 8:49PM, while on patrol Officers conducted a traffic stop on vehicle which was travelling at high rate of speed, with no tail lights on, in the 100 Block of West Cypress Street. (KS-21-005734). Officers observed the odor of alcoholic beverages on the operator of the vehicle resulting in a DUI arrest.

7/24/21 between 11:30PM and 3:30AM Officers conducted mobile and stationary patrol checks throughout Borough neighborhoods. No suspicious vehicles or pedestrians were observed. (KS-21-005755).

7/24/21 at 12:46PM, Officers received a phone assignment in reference to a phone scam attempt. (KS-21-005745). The reporting party advised the phone call was an automated message from PECO stating a third party supplier overpaid their bill and they wanted to issue a rebate.

7/19/21 at 9:22PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on West State Street. (KS-21-005647).

7/20/21 at 7:53PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident at the intersection of West Cypress Street and South Union Street. (KS-21-005674).
