7/3/22 at 11:05PM, Officers heard fireworks in the area of E. Linden Street and observed multiple subjects running. (KS-22-003673). Three Non-Traffic Citations were issued.

7/3/22 at 7:46PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint in the 800 Block of Wayne Avenue. (KS-22-003666). Upon arrival, no loud music was heard in the area.

7/3/22 at 6:22PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to approximately 20 people hanging out and six vehicles parked in the 500 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-003665). Officers made contact with the individuals and advised they needed to move their vehicles. Reporting party was advised Officer will check the area while patrolling and will make contact if it appears crowded.

7/3/22 at 9:59PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint in the 500 Block of Ridge Avenue. (KS-22-003671). Upon arrival, multiple fireworks were set off from the rear of homes in the area.  Officers were unable to identify the suspects responsible.   

7/4/22 at 8:41PM, Officers were dispatched for an erratic driver in the 400 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-003691). No motorcycle matching the description given was in the area.

7/4/22 at 9:38PM, Officers were dispatched for loud fireworks being set off in the 400 Block of E. South Street. (KS-22-003710). One Non-Traffic Citation was issued.

7/4/22 at 3:58PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the area of N. Union Street and W. Sickle Street. (KS-22-003679). All vehicles were moved and parked legally.

7/4/22 between 8:58PM and 12:09AM, Officers responded to multiple (11) noise complaints for loud fireworks (KS-22-003692). Verbal warnings were given to the parties believed responsible to cease setting off fireworks or they would receive a Non-Traffic Citation.

7/5/22 at 12:47AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of subjects driving in the 100 Block of E. Cedar Street, throwing fireworks out of the vehicle’s window onto the street, sidewalk, and front porch of two residences. (KS-22-003693). Pending investigation.

7/5/22 at 8:19PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition in the 100 Block of E. Cedar Street for the same group of individuals in KS-22-003693 walking around the property and making threating statements. (KS-22-003713). One juvenile allegation was filed.

7/5/22 at 1:57PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to drugs allegedly being sold in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-22-003703). Pending investigation.

7/6/22 at 8:12PM, Officers were dispatched for an erratic driver on a dirt bike in the area of W. South Street and Center Street. (KS-22-003735). Four citations were issued to the operator and the dirt bike was towed.

7/6/22 at 12:34PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to being harassed by a subject that was involved with a couple other incidents involving the victim and their family from the past couple days. (KS-22-003765). A Juvenile Allegation was completed and sent to Chester County Juvenile Probation.

7/7/22 at 9:12PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of S. Walnut Street for a vehicle parked in a private parking spot. (KS-22-003757). One parking ticket was issued.

7/7/22 at 2:04PM, a set of keys on a black and gray lanyard were turned in. (KS-22-003745). The reporting party stated they were found on 6/30/22 in the Genesis Walkway.

7/8/22 at 3:20PM, Officers received an animal complaint in reference to two dogs being contained within small dog kennel crates in a yard of a residence, in the direct sunlight without water. (KS-22-003764). SPCA was contacted.

7/8/22 at 2:14PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of S. Union Street for vehicles parked on private property. (KS-22-003766). Both owners arrived on scene and were advised to move their vehicles.

7/8/22 at 1:21PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to a theft via phone scam in which the victim wired money to an unknown location. (KS-22-003763). Transactions equaled $4,720 worth of loss.

7/9/22 at 9:26PM, Officers were dispatched for a complaint of loud fireworks being set off in the 700 Block of Lafayette Street. (KS-22-003795). Upon arrival no fireworks, smoke or debris was observed in the area.
