8/7/22 at 11:45PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of W. State Street for a vehicle traveling at 51 MPH in a posted 25 MPH zone. (KS-22-004317). Traffic Stop resulted in a DUI arrest.

8/8/22 at 1:16AM, Officers were dispatched to assist Birmingham Township Police Department in the 300 Block of N. Broad Street for a vehicle involved in a pursuit. (KS-22-004320).

8/8/22 at 6:04PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 300 Block of Walnut Court Way. (KS-22-00433). While enroute, Officers were advised the vehicle had moved.

8/8/22 at 9:01PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of Lafayette Street for a report of a catalytic converter theft. (KS-22-004332). Pending review of security cameras in the area.

8/9/22 at 8:08AM, Officers were dispatched for a disturbance in the 700 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-22-004346). One subject was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

8/9/22 at 2:30PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of graffiti in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-22-004345).

8/9/22 at 4:25PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of trespass/harassment in the 300 Block of Center Street. (KS-22-004348). The subjects were advised to contact the Kennett Square Borough with any code violations observed.

8/10/22 at 8:16PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of W. State Street. (KS-22-004366). Upon making contact with the operator of the vehicle, Officers observed the odor of unburnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. One Non-Traffic Citation was issued.

8/10/22 at 10:07AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of animal cruelty in the 500 Block of Las Rosas Drive. (KS-22-004359). After making contact with the owner and the dog, no signs of animal cruelty were observed.

8/11/22 at 11:14AM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of E. State Street for a speeding violation. (KS-22-004385). Upon making contact with the operator of the vehicle, Officers observed the odor of unburnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Two traffic citations and one Non-Traffic Citation were issued.

8/12/22 at 2:46PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to a scam involving the purchase of the victim’s vacation home. (KS-22-004406). Numerous scams were observed online related to people attempting to sell timeshares in Mexico. Pending investigation.

8/13/22 at 10:49AM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of W. State Street for a parking complaint in reference to an illegally parked vehicle. (KS-22-004424). No violations were observed, therefore, no parking ticket was issued.

8/12/22 at 6:48PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident at the intersection of E. State Street and Race Street, (KS-22-004411).
