9/11/22 at 11:00AM, Officers were notified of found property in the area of Liberty Market. (KS-22-004991). Two PA Driver’s Licenses, credit cards and cash were entered into property.

9/11/22 at 2:06AM, while on routine patrol in the 400 Block of Magnolia Street, Officers observed three juveniles sitting on the sidewalk after the Borough curfew. (KS-22-004989). All were advised they would receive Non-Traffic Citations for violation of curfew and were then released to their parents/guardians.

9/11/22 at 11:09AM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 200 Block of E. State Street in reference to a vehicle parked in a yard, partially blocking the entranceway. (KS-22-004992). One parking ticket was issued.

9/12/22 at 7:35AM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 300 Block of Scarlett Avenue in reference to a vehicle partially obstructing the entranceway. (KS-22-005008).       One parking ticket was issued.

9/12/22 at 7:52AM, Officers were dispatched for an animal complaint in the 200 N. Broad Street for a loose Husky running in the area. (KS-22-005010). The owner was located shortly afterwards.

9/13/22 at 9:30PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of an erratic driver in the area of E. State Street and S. Walnut Street. (KS-22-005037). Upon arrival the area was checked and no vehicle was found matching the description given.

9/14/22 at 6:26AM, Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Union Street and W. South Street for an erratic driver. (KS-22-005048). Upon arrival nothing was observed, KTPD was advised.

9/15/22 at 10:51PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to an auto accident in the 200 Block of S. Walnut Street. (KS-22-005086). The operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for DUI.

9/15/22 at 5:49PM, Officers were dispatched for a tractor trailer blocking traffic at the intersection of N. Union Street and E. Linden Street. (KS-22-005079). Officers were able to provide an escort.

9/15/22 at 9:49AM, Officers were dispatched for a barking dog complaint in the 400 Block of Center Street. (KS-22-005076). Contact was made with the owner of the dogs and was advised if it becomes and ongoing issue, a citation could be filed for violating the Borough Ordinance.

9/15/22 at 10:01PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Walnut Street and E. State Street in reference to a disabled vehicle partially blocking the roadway. (KS-22-005085). The vehicle was able to be pushed out of the roadway and a courtesy transport was conducted by the Officer.

9/15/22 at 5:59PM, Officers were dispatched to a phone assignment in reference to an ongoing problem with vehicles continuing to run the stop sign at Magnolia Street and S. Garfield Street. (KS-22-005082). A traffic detail was created for this incident.

9/16/22 at 8:56AM, Officers observed a vehicle with two flat tires and no emissions and inspections stickers, in the 500 Block of Las Rosas Drive (KS-22-005095). An abandoned vehicle notice was completed.

9/17/22 at 9:48AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a loose Husky in the area of E. Maple Street and N. Broad Street. (KS-22-005114). A Non-Traffic Citation was issued due to the same dog being loose earlier in the week.

9/17/22 at 2:37PM, Officers were dispatched for a complaint of a loose brown dog in the area of Juniper Street and Sycamore Aly. (KS-22-005116). Upon arrival to the area, no loose dog was observed and Officers were notified the owners already retrieved the dog.

9/17/22 at 4:50PM, Officers observed two subject in the fenced in area at the vacant NVF Property in the 400 Block of W. Mulberry Street, which is private property. (KS-22-005128). One subject had been notified two previous times about the private property. Subsequently, one Non-Traffic Citation was issued.

9/17/22 at 10:28PM, Officers were approached and notified of a subject harassing patrons of a local restaurant in the 100 Block of E. State Street. (KS-22-005125). Upon making contact with the individual a strong order of alcoholic beverages were emitting from his person. One Non-Traffic Citation was issued for Public Drunkenness. The subject was given a courtesy ride to his residence.
