9/25/22 at 7:44PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of an assault in the 500 Block of Center Street. (KS-22-005265). The parents of the juvenile victim did not want to proceed with pressing charges.
9/26/22 at 5:37PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a tire on fire next to the railroad tracks on S. Union Street, under the bridge. (KS-22-005284). After reviewing video surveillance in the area, nothing of interest to the investigation was observed.
9/26/22 at 7:50PM, Officers observed a group of nine juveniles on the top floor of the parking garage, where there is currently construction being completed. (KS-22-005286). Officers advised the juveniles of the no loitering signs in the parking garage and they left without incident. After a search of our computer system this was the first contact with all of the juveniles, subsequently no citations were issued.
9/27/22 at 11:56AM, Officers were dispatched for a dog that had ran away approximately twenty minutes prior, in the area of S. Garfield Street and Worrall Avenue. (KS-22-005307). The reporting person called back after a few minutes and advised the dog had been found.
9/27/22 at 9:42AM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in reference to a vehicle parked in the way of the loading zone for the library construction. (KS-22-005303). Contact with the owner was made and the vehicle was moved without police assistance.
9/28/22 at 4:07PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of criminal mischief in the 100 Block of S. Mill Road, for a juvenile intentionally setting off a fire alarm in a business. (KS-22-005324). No charges were filed.
9/29/22 at 9:58AM, Officers received a report of a traffic complaint for vehicles traveling through the stop sign at Ridge Avenue and S. Washington Street without stopping. (KS-22-005339). Officers conducted a thirty minute traffic study in this area and observed no traffic violations.
9/29/22 at 12:39PM, a set of keys, with two keychains, that were found in the area of 504 W. Cypress Street were turned in and place in our lost and found bin. (KS-22-005345).
9/30/22 at 11:30AM, while on routine patrol in the 400 Block of W. Mulberry Street, Officers observed a vehicle with a flat front, driver’s side tire and expired emissions and inspection stickers as of April 2022. (KS-22-005362). An abandoned vehicle notice was place on the vehicle.
9/30/22 at 1:40PM, while on patrol in the area of Center Street’s train tracks, Officers observed a male walking on the tracks. (KS-22-005372). The individual advised Officers, he had been warned previously about not walking on the train tracks, due to it being private property. One Non-Traffic Citation was issued for Criminal Trespass.
9/30/22 at 2:15PM, Officers were dispatched for an erratic driver/possible road rage incident in the area of W. State Street and N. Mill Road. (KS-22-005371). Pending investigation.
9/30/22 at 1:30PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a vehicle overtaking a school bus on 9/29 at approximately 3:00PM. (KS-22-005359). Pending investigation.
9/30/22 at 12:45PM, while on a routine patrol in the 200 Block of E. Linden Street, Officers observed a vehicle which had a flat rear, driver’s side tire. (KS-22-005365). The vehicle was labeled as abandoned.
10/1/22 at 9:59PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint in the 100 Block of E. Sickle Street. (KS-22-005398). The homeowners advised the party was over and turned the music down.
10/1/22 at 1:47PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the private parking lot behind 124 W. State Street. (KS-22-005389). One parking ticket was issued for parked on private property.
10/1/22 at 1:03AM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of E. South Street after the vehicles tag returned as “DEAD”. (KS-22-005383). Four citations were issued and the license plate was seized and returned to PennDOT.
10/1/22 at 10:20PM, Officers were dispatched for a complaint of loud music playing in the 300 Block of E. Linden Street. (KS-22-005394). The two subjects were advised of the complaint and turned off the music for the night.
10/1/22 at 10:30AM, Officers were flagged down in the area of S. Broad Street and E. State Street for a vehicle striking a metal fence and leaving the scene. (KS-22-005385). Pending review of surveillance footage.
10/1/22 at 10:53PM, Officers were dispatched for a complaint of loud music playing in the 100 Block of Scarlett Avenue. (KS-22-005397). Contact was made with the homeowner and the music was turned down for the rest of the evening.
9/26/22 at 4:01PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of N. Union Street and S. Union Street for a Non-Reportable Accident. (KS-22-005320).
9/28/22 at 12:23PM, Officers were dispatched to W. State Street for a Non-Reportable Accident. (KS-22-005337).
9/28/22 at 8:45PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Center Street and W. Cypress Street for a Non-Reportable Accident. (KS-22-005350).
