On April 18, 2023, at 2:33 pm, Officers were dispatched to a business in the 500 Block of West State Street for the report of an inappropriate solicitation being made. The unidentified male, pictured below, tried to negotiate inappropriate services from the business. The male immediately left when confronted about the inquiry.
