Blue Beards for Charity
With fall approaching, the leaves are changing, the days get shorter and of course, it’s “beard growing season.” Blue Beards for Charity was established by police officers in Chester County as a way to give back to the community. The Kennett Square Police Association, which represents the officers of the Kennett Square Police Department, will again participate in Chester County Law Enforcement’s efforts to support local charities and causes outlined below. Throughout October, November, and December, you may see our local officers supporting facial hair and pink bracelets to raise awareness for these causes as we donate and raise money towards the efforts. In 2021, Chester County Law Enforcement’s charitable efforts raised more than $50,000 and we hope to build on that momentum for more success.
