Kennett Square Police Department wants everyone to have a safe Halloween! This is a reminder to slow down and be extremely alert in residential neighborhoods. Children are excited on Halloween and may move in unpredictable ways.

While walking around tonight, visibility is crucial. Carry flashlights and give each child a glow stick to wear around their neck. They can even be incorporated into the costume. Cracking the glow sticks to activate them can also be made into a fun Halloween activity!
