8/14/22 at 4:39PM, while on routine patrol at the KAU field, Officers observed a vehicle with the back window broken. (KS-22-004446). Officers were later notified the vehicle was struck by a foul ball causing the damage.

8/14/22 at 8:09PM, Officers were requested by Kennett Township Police Department to assist with a physical domestic in the 700 Block of E. Baltimore Pike. (KS-22-004448).

8/15/22 at 9:06PM, Officers were dispatched for a disturbance in the 500 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-004471). Pending review of video surveillance.

8/15/22 at 3:35PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Center Street for a suspicious condition involving two males knocking on the reporting party’s door. (KS-22-004464). The area was searched for these individuals with negative results.

8/15/22 at 8:11PM, Officers were dispatched for speeding motorcycles in the 400 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-004473). Upon patrolling the area, no motorcycles were seen or heard in the area.

8/15/22 at 5:43PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to fraudulent checks totaling over $10,000. (KS-22-004465). Pending investigation.

8/16/22 at 8:32AM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of Magnolia Court for a possible burglary. (KS-22-004480). Pending investigation.

8/16/22 at 2:27PM, Officers were dispatched for keys locked in a vehicle in the area of S. Mill Road and W. Cypress Street. (KS-22-004486). Vehicle was unable to be unlocked, and the reporting party was able to contact a friend to bring a spare key.

8/16/22 at 3:40PM, Officers were advised of a resident in the 300 block of E. Linden Street who had been seen urinating outside of their residence. (KS-22-004487). Contact was made with the individual who was advised it was inappropriate to being doing such acts in public.

8/18/22 at 11:40AM, Officers were dispatched in reference to illegal dumping in the property’s dumpster in the 700 Block of Lafayette Street. (KS-22-004516).

8/18/22 at 9:21PM, Officers were dispatched for an erratic driver complaint (KS-22-004523). Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of W. Cypress Street, resulting in a DUI arrest.

8/18/22 at 4:00PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of W. South Street for a gun shot heard with a two minute time delay. (KS-22-004519). Officers were in the area and did hear what appeared to be a firework and observed a very small cloud of smoke. Officers patrolled the area with negative results on where exactly the firework was set off.

8/18/22 at 7:50PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of vehicles, with loud mufflers, speeding in the 200 Block of Scarlet Avenue. (KS-22-004530). Once on location, there was negative results for vehicles going fast with loud mufflers in the area.

8/19/22 at 9:36AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of check fraud in the 600 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-004534). Pending investigation.

8/19/22 at 5:18PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a lost green card in the Kennett Square Borough.  (KS-22-004540).

8/20/22 at 1:12PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious person observed on a security camera, looking in vehicles, in the 600 Block of D Street. (KS-22-004548). Video footage was saved as a precaution to any possible vehicle break-ins.

8/20/22 at 6:02PM, Officers were dispatched for a property damage accident in which a vehicle hit a residence in the 300 Block of W. South Street. (KS-22-004551). Accident resulted in a DUI arrest.

8/20/22 at 7:20PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a live band playing in the 800 Block of Wayne Avenue. (KS-22-004552). Officers made contact with the homeowner and advice of the Borough noise ordinance and requested the music be turned down.
