On April 22, 2024, District Court 15-3-04 issues an Arrest Warrant for Ciara Wideman, of Philadelphia, PA, for the following incident.

On October 24, 2023, at 11:00AM, Officers were dispatched for a report regarding fraudulent checks passed against a business in the 300 Block of E. South Street, Kennett Square Borough. The reporting party advised they issued a check for electrical services rendered on October 9, 2023, for $8,304.00. On October 23, 2023, Citizens Bank called to advise they believed this transaction to be check fraud. Officers observed the image of the cleared check, showing it made out to Ciara Wideman, of Philadelphia, PA. After multiple search warrants were executed, Officers were able to obtain the signature card and deposit images, which were all linked to Ciara Wideman's account number. Charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition and other related offenses were filed at District Court 15-3-04. Case is pending a preliminary hearing.
