The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department has received numerous tips regarding a white pick-up truck that drove past people gathered along West Chester Pike in the area of the Tesla dealership expelling large amount of black smoke from its exhaust and driving erratically on Saturday March 15, 2025.  The police department has identified the driver and is investigating the matter further.  We thank the public for their tip submissions.
