On July 26, 2024, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department investigated a theft that occurred at the CVS located in East Goshen Township, Chester County.  As a result of an investigation, William John Dublyn from Bronx, New York, was identified as the suspect who stole over $800.00 in merchandise from the store and fled. Subsequently, an arrest warrant was issued for him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Officer Eric D. Ruggeri at eruggeri@wegopd.org or submit a tip via Crimewatch.
