1/15/23 at 12:09AM, while on patrol, Officers observed a Hispanic male on the ground at the intersection of W. South Street and Harvey Circle. Subsequently, the male was taken into custody. (KS-23-000854).
1/15/23 at 3:10PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of damage discovered to two vehicles in a parking lot located in the 100 Block of Race Street. (KS-23-000867). Both vehicles had a window broken and one victim’s purse was taken.
1/16/23 at 9:52AM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a report regarding bank fraud, totaling $2,000. (KS-23-000884).
1/16/23 at 1:05PM, Officers were dispatched to Anson B. Nixon Park for a loose dog. (KS-23-000896). Officers patrolled both top and bottom lots with negative results.
1/17/23 at 12:27PM, Officers received a report of two unauthorized withdrawals from a bank account, totaling $1,580.00. (KS-23-000915).
1/17/23 at 9:29PM, Officers were dispatched for a missing person, who had left a nursing home facility without their phone or wallet. (KS-23-000933). 1/18/23 at 6:47AM, Officers were notified by the Trenton Police Department that the individual was located in Trenton, NJ.
1/18/23 at 9:37AM, Officers were dispatched for a gas leak in the 600 Block of West State Street. (KS-23-000950). W. State Street was reopened at approximately 10:30AM.
1/18/23 at 1:52PM, Officers received a report of an assault, which occurred at 52 and 896. (KS-23-000962). The incident was turned over to West Chester Police Department due to the jurisdiction in which it occurred.
1/18/23, Officers received a CY-47 Childline report regarding the possible physical abuse of a juvenile. (KS-23-000954). Pending investigation.
1/18/23 at 3:55PM, Officers were dispatched for a disturbance at a business in the 100 Block of S. Walnut Street. (KS-23-000967). The individuals were advised they were no longer allowed in the business at the request of the owners.
1/19/23 at 3:01PM, Officers were dispatched for a public drunkenness report in the 100 Block of N. Walnut Street, for two male subjects drinking in a running vehicle. (KS-23-000997). Contact was made with the two subjects who were advised they could not be consuming alcoholic beverages while in a running vehicle. The subjects returned to their apartment without further incident.
1/19/23 at 1:31AM, Officers were dispatched in reference to a theft from vehicle report in the 500 Block of West Cypress Street. (KS-23-000984). After watching video surveillance from the area, no individual was observed in close proximity to the vehicle, while the victim was inside the store.
1/19/23 at 3:25PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of harassment in the 600 Block of E. Cope Road. (KS-23-000998). The victim had found a bag of dog feces that was placed on her doorknob. Officers observed the subject putting the bag on the victim’s doorknob in surveillance video. The victim requested to cite the subject for harassment. One Non-Traffic Citation was issued.
1/20/23 at 1:00PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to an identity theft. (KS-23-001023). The victim had received a bill for six cell phones which were purchased in Delaware. It was confirmed with the victim that no other accounts were compromised, and they were not out any funds.
1/20/23 at 8:51PM, Officers were dispatched to an erratic driver complaint involving multiple vehicles putting out in front of traffic and possibly attempting to street race, in the area near S. Union Street and South Street. (KS-23-001037). Officers traveled to the area described and nothing abnormal was observed.
1/21/23 at 11:53AM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a customer in the 200 Block of Birch Street who may have had a firearm. (KS-23-001053). Contact was made with the owner of the business who advised the customers who reported this did not feel threatened and did not see a firearm, however, the subject mentioned he had one. The subject was no longer on location.

1/16/23 at 6:27PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident at the intersection of W. Cypress Street and S. Washington Street. (KS-23-000898).
