1/29/23 at 1:23AM, Officers were traveling northbound in the 500 Block of Center Street and observed a vehicle approaching the patrol car. (KS-23-001271). The vehicle veered into the lane and struck the patrol car. Subsequently, the operator was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. One Non-Traffic Citation was issued for the passenger of the vehicle for underage drinking.

1/29/23 at 12:43PM, Officers were dispatched for a found property report in reference to a black purse laying on the sidewalk in the 300 Block of Oak Avenue. (KS-23-001282). The property was tagged and placed into our found property bin at station.

1/29/23 at 3:30AM, while on patrol Officers observed a struck sign in the 100 Block of N. Union Street. (KS-23-001272). Patrol was conducted in the area in attempt to locate any damaged vehicles,but was unable to locate any that would match the damage that occurred from this particular accident.

1/30/23 at 6:36PM, Officers received a report of a suspicious person in the 100 Block of Race Street. (KS-23-001316). Patrols were conducted of the area and with negative results of the described individual.

1/30/23 at 10:43PM, Officers were requested to assist Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with translation in reading the Miranda Warnings to their suspect. (KS-23-001325).

1/30/23 at 12:46PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a barking dog in the 400 block of Magnolia Street. (KS-23-001307). Officers were informed the dog would be returned to its owner later that evening.

1/31/23, Officers received a CY-104 report indicating possible sexual and physical abuse to a juvenile. (KS-23-001333). Pending Investigation.

2/1/23 at 3:44PM, Officers received a report on station in reference to several juveniles going through a gym bag while the owner was playing basketball. (KS-23-001380). Nothing was missing.

2/1/23 at 5:51PM, Officers received a Crimewatch Tip regarding two black dogs left outside barking for hours on the south side of Cope Road. (KS-23-001385). The area was checked, and no barking dogs were observed.

2/1/23 at 7:44PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a traffic hazard in the 500 Block of Lafayette Street. (KS-23-001382). While enroute Officers were advised to cancel the request due to the vehicle starting again.

2/1/23 at 5:47PM, Officers were dispatched for an animal complaint of a large pig in the 500 Block of Kenview Avenue. (KS-23-001381). The owner of the pig was able to get it back to their residence.

2/2/23 at 8:56PM, Officers observed a vehicle in the parking lot of Anson B. Nixon Park during a patrol check. (KS-23-001416). Contact was made with the operator and passenger of the vehicle, who were advised of the park's hours, and they would have to go somewhere else. The vehicle left the scene without incident.

2/3/23 at 3:16PM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a fraud in the 700 Block of Lafayette Street. (KS-23-001439).

2/3/23 at 10:57PM, Officers were dispatched for a noise complaint in the 600 Block of Lafayette Street. (KS-23-001443). Upon arrival, Officers did not observe any noise coming from the apartment the reporting party had mentioned.

2/4/23 at 5:55PM, Officers were dispatched to assist PSP on a traffic stop in the area of Baltimore Pike and Fairville Road. (KS-23-001479). While enroute, Officers were advised to cancel due to another Trooper arriving on location.

2/4/23 at 5:39PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint for a vehicle blocking a driveway in the 400 Block of Birch Street. (KS-23-001467). One parking ticket was issued.

2/4/23 at 11:01PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle which was traveling 46MPH in the 500 Block of E. State Street. (KS-23-001458). Upon making contact with the operator of the vehicle a strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. A consent to search form was signed and the vehicle was searched with negative results for contraband. At the time of the stop the operator did not have any indicators suggesting that they were impaired.
