11/28/22 at 12:30AM, Officers were requested by Southern Chester County Regional Police Department to assist in the 700 Block of W. Cypress Street for a suspicious person peering into windows of businesses. (KS-22-006439). The subject was taken into custody by SCCRPD.

11/28/22 at 12:38AM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Marshall Street on a vehicle driving with a flat tire and swerving within its lane of travel. (KS-22-006438). Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were completed and the driver was arrested under the suspicion of DUI. Charges will be filed once lab tests are returned.

11/28/22 at 7:50AM, Officers were conducting a traffic detail in the 500 Block of E. State Street, when they clocked a vehicle going 44.5MPH in a posted 25MPH zone. (KS-22-006448). The operator of the vehicle had a warrant from the District Attorney’s Office for probation violation and was transported to Chester County Prison.

11/28/22 at 8:36AM, Officers were dispatched for a stolen iPad in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-22-006445). Pending review of surveillance video.

11/28/22 at 8:06AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 Block of Magnolia Street. (KS-22-006446). One subject was charged with Simple Assault and other related offenses.

11/28/22 at 8:54PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition in the 100 Block of S. Broad Street in reference to blood being located on the ground with a trail of blood drops leading to the residence. (KS-22-006457). Contact was made with injured subject, and they were transported by EMS to the hospital.

11/28/22 at 9:30PM, Officers were dispatched for a verbal domestic in the 100 Block of S. Walnut Street. (KS-22-006458). It was determined that there was no physical altercation and no criminal acts had occurred.

11/29/22 at 9:18PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a verbal domestic in the 200 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-22-006472). The argument was verbal in nature and one subject left the residence for the evening.

11/29/22 at 7:37PM, while conducting a traffic detail at the intersection of N. Mill Road and W. Sickle Street, Officers observed a vehicle travel through the stop sign at the intersection without coming to a complete stop. (KS-22-006471). The operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

11/30/22 at 6:37PM, while on patrol westbound on W. State Street, Officers observed a vehicle attempting to turn on W. State Street from Maiden Lane, which is posted one-way, northbound traffic only.  (KS-22-006496). A traffic stop was conducted, and the operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

12/1/22 at 4:03AM, Officers were dispatched for a stolen vehicle in the 500 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-22-6502). On 12/2/22 the operator of the stolen vehicle was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison.

12/1/22 at 5:23PM, Officers were requested to assist Kennett Township Police Department with a domestic on Turkey Hollow Road. (KS-22-006511). KSPD assisted in searching the male subject that was taken into custody.

12/2/22 at 4:15PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of E. Cope Road for a medical alarm. (KS-22-006533). Officers were advised the medical alarm was pulled accidentally and the person contacted did not need medical attention.

12/3/22 at 9:48AM, Officers were dispatched for a phone assignment in reference to a door broken on the filter station at the Anson B. Nixon Park. (KS-22-006545). Pending list of inventory which may have been taken.

12/3/22 at 1:04PM, Officers were dispatched for a well-being check in the 600 Block of E. Cope Road. (KS-22-006548). Contact was made with the reporting person’s brother. All was okay.

12/3/22 at 2:10PM, Officers were dispatched to assist a motorist in the 200 Block of E. State Street with a dead vehicle battery. (KS-22-006549). Officers were able to start the vehicle successfully.

12/3/22 at 2:16PM, Officers were dispatched for an animal complaint in the 200 Block of N. Lincoln Street. In reference to a found dog. (KS-22-006550). The dog was released to the owner at 2:58PM at KSPD station.
