Last night at the North Coventry Township Board or Supervisors meeting, NCPD presented Motley’s Mission with a $5,000.00 donation towards their cause. This donation was a result from the funds raised at the NCPD’s S.O.S 5K run. NCPD would like to again thank the community for its support for our fundraising efforts. The North Coventry Township Police Department is planning to hold its 2nd annual 5k run on October 22, 2022. The goal of this run will again be to raise money and awareness for suicide prevention. The North Coventry Township Police Department is extremely proud to announce that our very own Detective Timothy Prouty was selected by the Chester County District Attorney’s Office as the 2021 Chester County Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. On 07/30/2021, members of North Coventry Township were recognized by the Chester County District Attorney's Office for their heroic actions responding to the Ashwood Apartment fire on 07/30/2020. North Coventry Township Police Department in conjunction with the Chester County District Attorney's Office has placed a medication drop-box in the lobby of our police station. This is an easy, convenient way to safely dispose of your unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medications. Keep the medications in their original containers and black out personal information, if you choose. No sharps or inhalers can be accepted.
